Preparing for Your Tattoo Session:
Stay Hydrated: In the days leading up to your appointment, ensure you are well-hydrated.
Proper hydration can contribute to better skin health and make the tattooing process smoother.Get a Good Night's Sleep: Rest is essential for your body and mind. Make sure you get a good night's sleep before your tattoo session to help you stay relaxed and comfortable during the process.
Avoid Alcohol and Blood-Thinning Medications:
Refrain from consuming alcohol or taking any blood-thinning medications at least 24 hours before your tattoo session. These substances can increase bleeding during the process and affect the final outcome of your tattoo.Dress Comfortably: Wear loose and comfortable clothing on the day of your appointment, especially if the tattoo will be on a covered area of your body.
Avoid Sunburn: Try to avoid excessive sun exposure and sunburn on the area you plan to get tattooed. Sunburned skin can be more sensitive and may affect the tattooing process.

PERMANENT MAKEUP PREP
Do not pick/tweeze/wax/perform electrolysis one week before procedure
Do not tan two weeks prior or have sunburned face
Do not have any type of facial 2 weeks prior to treatment
Do not work out the day of the procedure.
Do not have Botox 3 weeks prior
Do not take Fish Oil or Vitamin E one week prior (natural blood thinners)
Do not wax or tint your eyebrows 3 days before the procedure.
In order to avoid excessive bleeding and poor color deposit:
•Do not drink alcohol 24 hours before your appointment
•Do not consume coffee directly before your procedure
•Do not take an aspirin or ibuprofen for pain relief (this thins the blood) I will numb you with topical lidocaine.
