POLICY

  • ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we will have to reschedule out of respect for myself and the client after you. If you no show or you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without notification you lose your deposit and it’s not available to reschedule.

  • We work on a very tight schedule. Showing up early will not get you in early, please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early to your appointment.

  • There is a 72 hour reschedule/cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule we must receive at least 48 hours notice. If after 72 hours your deposit is not available to reschedule & a new deposit is required to rebook.

  • Please do not bring more than 1-2 adult to your appointment.

  • Deposits are transferable to ONE rescheduled appointment.

  • I do charge services fees if you’re using a credit card at checkout. Services fees are 3.6% flat rate.

  • Please note that for subsequent appointments, a new deposit will be required.
